Other types of personal vaporizers

I did a quick Google for personal vaporizers and here are a couple of links to what I found. How did these get past the FDA. I know there are no health claims and no nicotine involved except for the one designed to vaporize tobacco.

Its not so much the device that is the imediate problem but the 'new drug' that is e-liquid.

Those devices use pre-approved or pre exising drugs. Just a different delivery method.

yeah, isn't it ironic that devices used for 'old' drugs, albeit illegal ones, are legal to sell?

Well you still can use your juice in those vaporizers. Or you can use your favorite tobacco blend and vape away.

The first link for that small vaper was outrageous in price.

I have the I-Inhale and it's very good. Great e-liquid vape, and you can use herbal molasses and tobacco in it. No batteries to charge and no atomizers to replace. I just love the two year warranty and that it's made in Europe. Over time, it's well priced.
