But as "you" know Ade, I can't drive at night (even more so downtown at night) since my accident, so I'll have to bow out for now unfortunately until I can see a specialist and hopefully get this thing figured out.

I trust everyone in attendance will surely enjoy themselves with hopes of future LARGER gatherings (on weekend DAY meets... hint hint, lol).

Well, the weather man was totally wrong in our favour, and made it to the meet......

The very vape friendly MVP Lounge on Bank Street in the Glebe was a perfect spot and was a very comfortable location.

For it's first time meet we had 16 local vapers show up to enjoy the atmosphere of sharing stories, juices, and devices amongst us or anyone else interested in the new way to getting nicotine without cigarettes. There was a "juice sample bar" provided by Shaddi of over 30 flavours to try, and a few vapers who had their own who shared. There was also great door prizes (10 of them), that attendees names were drawn from a pot. All and all a very good time and I look forward to the next one !

A special thanks to Shaddi of Capital Nic Fit for setting this up and providing a great time.

Strangely enough, only a few at the bar were double taking and others didn't even acknowlegde. The lounge owner vapes, so I believe it must be business as usual there. Awesome to experience relaxing with fellow vapers and vaping away casually in the warmth of an establishment again.

Anyhoo, just wanted to say thanks for the report and the nice pics Greg... and yes, I hope I will be there next time. And let's hope more and more places will open up to vapers in the near future.
