I hate the part that says by "End of Day"~! USPS I know I get it around lunchtime but with UPS/FedEx it can be anytime and I have to keep checking because they rarely even ring the bell. DHL is pretty good with deliveries arriving early and most times they need a signature.

I recently had one get delivered to the wrong town and the USPS tracking said it might have been a problem with the Zip Code. Contacted the vendor and they could not understand how that could be because they copy and paste the shipping address, which I verified was correct on the order. When it finally arrived 2 days later there was no mistake on the address but someone screwed up at the USPS even though they are usually pretty good.

I usually get USPS around 2:30pm... FedEx and UPS can be as late as 7 or 8pm. FedEx and USPS always knocks or leaves it in the garage, UPS will leave on the porch in pouring down rain.

I used to ALWAYS get "out for delivery" the DAY before actual delivery.
That seems to have stopped recently.
Worst recent case a couple months ago - a Stumpy (hard to find, out of production RDA) went missing.
Said delivered but wasn't.
USPS could not find it, didn't come back from neighboring box...I was about to give up when it just got delivered, like nothing was wrong, a full week later.

Even worse, when it says "delivered in mailbox", and it's not there.
Happened to me once.
Fortunately I know the mail man, and he went and retrieved it.
Found out there is someone with the same last name, about a half mile away.

With USPS tracking after the 1st of the year it started to not update and then all of a sudden multiple updates and sometimes it was delivered before that happened. Now it looks like it is working better these days but with International shipments that can be lacking.

Makes me wonder where it was the whole time.

I've had that happen. Makes me freak out a little bit if it was a large order.

USPS does seem to be doing a better job these days. Apart from their weird... Send everything to the main office and go from there. I'd have stuff going from my house in the wrong direction to Phoenix, then turning right back around and going other places.... It made no sense to me, but I'm just happy to have a post office 10 minutes from my house to go to, where they're nice to you :) Except on Tax day but we file online now.

I have to admit, regardless of delivery method, the only two shipments that have been lost for me were due to my own error.... I updated my paypal which I barely use (it used to be really super unfriendly back in the day and I still wouldn't call it user friendly....) and didn't update my address. It was really odd driving to my old house and asking the current owners if they had my vapemail-- they did, and returned to sender. One vendor was extremely nice about it, the other one refused to do anything EVEN with my willingness to repay for shipping and handling.... Which seems a bit... Well, it WAS in their policy, so I'm not sure I can do much about it other than never use them again. :(

FT was so much quicker than I had been led to believe... Maybe they're upping their game....

A couple of weeks ago I ordered DIY nic so with the new laws in the US it has to be ground shipped. The same day I placed an order for a tank from China. California to the northeast coast USA vs China to my place.... the race was on.. Can you believe it, China won... It was crazy to track where my nicotine was going on a full tour of the USA.

I had a package that went to San Bernardino, then without warning or departure scan it was in Moreno Valley. Again without warning or departure scan, it was back in San Bernardino. About 20mins later and over 100 miles between me and San Bernardino, the mail lady brings my package.
I asked her if they were having technical difficulties, she said no, I said how the hell did this package go from San Bernardino to Salton City in 20 mins?

Maybe the Postal Service is worried about upcoming regulations and private competition? They want to "show" you they are working very hard? :w00t: IDK, the government seems quite fluid lately, I'd be worried if Our Leader were my boss.

No, it's probably disorganization, LOL. Back east, we had a new postal delivery lady who would toss our mail in the *yard* and keep moving, my husband caught her doing it once, and called the post office... It was mostly mailers she'd toss around and I kind of agreed with her to an extent.... But, she was replaced very shortly thereafter, and frankly, we had enough trash blowing into our yard, we were at the bottom of a hill on a very busy street.

I have had shipments go passed me with UPS to come back West to go to the local P.O. and then get delivered to me. Or International shipments go to the middle of the country before coming back to the East Coast when some go to an ISC in New York. I guess it is part of the fun of Vape Mail Tracking watching the craziness.

One time I had a package just stop in Brooklyn after the arrival scan. 3 days later I was getting peeved but it was an International Shipment and the 800 number people really got me steamed refusing to do anything. After multiple calls I finally got a person to open a ticket and the next day I received a call from the Manager at my local PO. Explained what I saw with tracking and he said he would call me the next day in the afternoon after he looked into it. Delivered before lunch the next day and never heard back. Guess it fell off a conveyor belt?

Yeah, this drives me nuts when I'm tracking a delivery. Always costs me an extra day, sometimes two. I had juice take five days to go from SoCal to NorCal once.

From Mt. Baker (Mesa, AZ) to Ft. Morgan AL: Three business days.

From Melbourne, FL to Ft. Morgan, AL: Seven business days.

I once had a shipment from SoCal take four weeks to arrive, because the shipper got one digit wrong in the zip code.

I've been curious about the vendors who have established B&M locations in the U.S.

I don't think I have one in a reasonable driving distance from me, but I'm wondering if the prices I see online at places like VaporDNA are offered at their B&M joints.
