The story behind warranty aal? Ok, I will tell you.
People are asking for my lifetime warranty enough times. The warranty says that for every part the customers asks for, they have to pay 10 euros. When people hear this, they start complains even if they know what warranty says. My relationship with them goes bad even if the most of the times I send the parts for free except shipping, because they complain about shipping too. So can you imagine what will happen with brass connectors?
I dont want to be in fight with my customers or send them stuff that can be damaged. GG is for life
