Hey I've noticed for the past few weeks a lot of items on halos website are out of stock. Most of the mini tanks are all out of stock as well as a lot of the g6 batteries and the personal charging case. I really want to stick with halo but I am going full force into vaping now and want to get all of this stuff to feed my hobby. I really don't want to switch to another company. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

By no means a Halo employee, but my understanding is that it is a matter of days before a large re-stock for Halo products. I know that Halo has had a large influx of customers and probably got caught a bit off-guard. You won't get much response during the holiday week-end. Hopefully this week will see some change in product availability. Normally I see most of the G6 stuff in stock, so hopefully this is a short-term issue.

As pete states, HALO is doing good ;)

Since the website relaunch, followed by the release of the Triton Tank system, HALO has been getting a lot of press, and all of it has been positive press, which leads to higher demand for the products. Halo just didn't realize to what extent the positive buzz was going to create, and so supply dwindled a bit.

One might imagine a company having a warehouse full of merchandise waiting for customers to buy it. But in reality, most company do have a budget to follow, and might have sided with the conservative in these hard-pressed economic times. But it's evening out, and Cinder Ella mentioned that merchandise is on it's way back.

Overall, it's good to see Halo doing well with their investments. It can be frustrating for the customer coming to the site and finding those wanted items out of stock. Halo, as a company, now knows it's level and the has a better idea of selling trends, so after these growing pains will be better equipped to keep items in stock.

All good news! Like I said I love Halo and want them to be my exclusive brand (with the exception of expanding out to try other companies e-liquids, naturally).

The g6 is awesome and I love the mini tanks on it. If they made an orange battery as a color choice I'm pretty sure I would be in heaven lol.

Points taken and I agree 100%

IDEA: See that Newsletter Sub in our Halo account cpanel. That's a perfect vehicle to blast your customers with news that we have xxx etc in stock and ready to ship. (Cough) :) repsonses like please continue to check our website for availability is NOT the best answer.

Also, that wish list thingy? Does that generate an automatic email to ME when in stock and ready for my order? Not sure? but doubt it? :)

Finally, and let me be crystal clear, this is a great community/forum. THE BEST but you need to use ALL methods to keep ALL your customers UTD. IF you only rely on a Forum your missing the boat.

Agreed, SeniorBoy! Keeping your customer base well-informed is really a full time job in and of itself. For example, Green Smoke offers a decent, but very, very limited, high priced cig-alike product, which unfortunately offers little product flexibility, and yet they enjoy an envious long-term customer base. IMHO, the main reason is that their customer service and response is absolutely top-notch. What they do offer, they offer superbly. Communications are swift and friendly by phone, live-chat, email, and facebook.

I honestly felt guilty to leave them, despite the limitations of their product (short cig battery, long cig battery and pre-filled cartos only), but their absolute responsiveness and obvious belief in their product made leaving a lot harder.

My suspicion is that Halo wants to do a great job at this (Cinder Ella is excellent, IMHO), but simply does not have the resources dedicated to do so.

All good ideas, I do make as many announcements as possible here on the forum, in multiple places, on both of our facebook pages, on twitter and on our other forums. One issue is that things are sometimes out of stock and back in stock within a day so keeping up with current inventory is almost a full time job in its self. Also, as a few people have mentioned, we normally do not have many issues with keeping things in stock and if they are out its usually on ly for a few days. The current situation is due to the HUGE growth spurt we are currently going through that was not expected to be nearly as large as it was. We have accounted for this with our reorders and thing should be back in stock this week with much more back up stock.

I think people have discovered Halo is the first e-cig company to get it right. Their products work very well together. Everyone else sells parts and pieces, but not a complete package. Good juice, good tanks and good batteries- as if they were designed to go together. I haven't read or watched a bad review of the Halo Triton. Even 'professional' vapors with $1000s in mods have written glowing reviews.

This is why I was interested in a Triton; more like why I was intersted in Halo. No piece-meal starter kits, and a great selection of juices all from the same company. Everything was designed to work together and there's no guess work. Add to that the number of very positive reviews, and it made it an easy choice for me.

I'm not saying Halo is the be all, end all of hardware and juices. Nothing is. Sure there's cheaper stuff out ther, but there's far more expensive stuff too. Everything works, and works extremely well IMO. Can't realistically ask for much more than that.
