Ovale Ego-C twist not firing (checked with multimeter)

I have a Ovale Ego-C twist 1000mah that will not fire. It charges, the lights blink, and I have measured the voltage with the twist feature which is accurate(4.8 is 4.8volts on the multimeter) I have pulled the positive firing pin up, and I have taken it apart and resoldered all of the connections on the main board. Everything looks fine, and even the multimeter shows that it is fine, but it will not fire the atomizer. Sorry if this is not the place to post, but I am a new member and this is the only place I could post. I appreciate any help you may be able to offer! Btw, I am Garrett :). I am guessing there may be a fuse that fails while under load, but then again.. The light stays active while holding the button down?? I have exhausted my electrical knowledge,..any veterans of electrical knowledge out there familiar with the hardware of these ego-c twist battery's?

Only other advice I can give you is this then:

Pull the center pin up again and retry. The light won't light up if you hit the restriction, or it will blink a few times and not fire if you have a short. You could be tightening the atty down and pushing the pin back down ,so only snug, not tight. Sounds like it's just not making contact somehow.
