Ovale Elips Tank Cleaning....or just tank cleaning in general

Hey everyone, just curious if there is a way to safely clean my Ovale Elips tanks?

What exactly do you mean with "safely". I have a clone one, and it has a plastic thing on the tank. I put that away, and rinse it with water or sometimes 96% "Weingeist. Thats sufficient imo
