I always overfill!

I condom-fill, dunking in the threaded side, and add a couple more drops in till I see a little pooling at the top (I get a little OCD about getting the filler saturated). Then I let it sit in the condom like that overnight. What's been working for me to get rid of excess liquid (more so than blowing it out) is to pull the condom off halfway and
flick it like a thermometer about 10 times (haha, grab it by the carto and the lip of the condom, so it doesn't go flying off!). Nice thing about this too is that any excess liquid is saved in the condom, ready for the next fill. Seriously, I've had liquid sitting in a condom for over a week (ick, didn't use it) and I don't think it
ever evaporates. I use the excess quickly for the next fill though, because I don't think the nic likes all that exposure to air and light when you let it sit out there for too long (haha, like a week). Or you can try pouring it back into the bottle, which I'm too lazy to do... plus, I hate seeing all that precious liquid going to waste on a tissue.
Been doing this for a few days now, and it's been working beautifully. No gurgling, no spitting, no "slurpiness." I don't even check them anymore before I leave, cuz I
know they're gonna work, and not one failure yet.
