Hello. I am not familiar with your gear but what I have found to do is try a different liquid and maybe up the volts / watts if you have that ability. I recently go one liquid via vape mail. Tasted like crap. Pure nic in the back of my throat...Yuck!
Brushed my teeth and took a hot shower to clean out the nose. Still tasted bad. Turned up the power from 6W to 8W and BAM! It was a miracle. It now tasted fantastic.
IMO if you are looking for new gear I'd suggest an EVOD head and a variable battery or some sort like an ego spinner, vision twist, or iTaste vv V3 (Highly recommended). You can rebuild the EVODS with factory heads once they start losing their kick, or learn to do it yourself. I used to do maintenance dry burns every night with my EVOD and it freshed it up for the next day. I then learned to ditch the silica wicks and use organic cotton and not only did the vape improve dramatically, but it was a cinch to pull the wick out and slide another one in if I wanted to swap flavors or freshen the vape experience for my current flavor.
I have spent quite a bit of money on my beginner gear (IMO), and I wished I would have been told to purchase a handful of EVOD heads, some organic cotton, some 30 ga. kanthal, and an iTaste vv. My next upgrade is going to be the MVP which is almost identical in operation to the iTaste vv but with dramatically increased battery life. Thats just me and what I use to keep from smoking.
Oh and I now I have 4 EVOD heads with various flavors in my original starter kit case that I go out and about with. I like to change up flavors here and there and I think it keeps my taste active. I'd hate to lose interest or taste of my favorite liquid.
