My buddy had told me about his P10...it sounded cool, but didn't particularly interest me. Then he brought it to the bar the other night and let me hold onto it for the rest of my shift. And all i can say is that i'm sold. i used it with my 808 cartos, and with his LR510 atty. even with just the 808 cartos, it vaped like a champ. and with the LR510? vaping heaven. not to mention, this thing is the definition of classy and should last a liftime. that being said, I'm planning on ordering one in the next week or two. I just have a question about batteries for it. I see on the super t site three types of 10440 batteries: the AW, the IMR, and the trustfire. what is the difference between the three? i'm not really clear on the high-drain concept. would the trustfire presumably have a longer battery life between charges, since its 600mah instead of 350? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Good morning venkman!

The Precise is now set up for the IMR and AW ICR batteries (which are shorter then the protected trustfire 600mah). Don't be fooled by the 600mah rating of the trustfire, it's inflated and you'll see more life out of the IMR which is rated at 350mah. Expect about 2-3 hours of Vape time on the IMR 350mahs.

Well I have a good Trustfire multi charger similar to the ones David sells and it takes me less than 2 hours to charge 2 battery's, and as far as battery's go I think the AW's and IMR's ar a toss up in comparison so you'll be good with ether way you go. And as you can see from my signature at the bottom of the page I own 2 P10's and there all I use.

Dave, thanks for the definitive info. Looks like i'll be ordering the p10 kit with a few extra IMRs. Thanks again for the help. Anyone know approximately how long it takes to charge the IMR 104400s?

Thanks Twohawks. Two hours, that isn't bad at all. After trying my buddy's P10 i've been so stoked to get one, i really haven't been able to stop thinkin about it. I see from your signature that you're a steve martin fan. he's one of the funniest people ever to live. why TWO p10's? just cause you love them that much?

venkman, I got two because I also do hand engraving and hope someday to get around to engraving some scroll work and maybe some gold inlay into one of them. Like you I think this is one of the classiest mods out there and looking at some of the nice old engraved writing pens you find out there I think one of these would look cool. But I need more practice on cylinder objects first.
