P3 Maintenance and Cleaning same as 2.5?

It wasn't in the manual....do we maintain and clean the P3 the same way we maintained and cleaned the 2.5?

With the 2.5 I used a Q-tip and isopropyl alcohol to clean nub at the circuit board in the tube. I haven't seen any cleaning instructions on this one.

That is what I would do, Doug.
I'd also invest in a tube of NO-OX-ID "A-SPECIAL" for the threads.

You're right, there's no mention of cleaning in the manual, but I'll treat my P3 the same way I take care of my 2.5.

I always cleaned weekly, just went to do it this morning on the P3 and no dirt on the q-tip. I'm guessing the new nub is lower maintenance.

After more than 2 months on my 2.5 there was never any crud on it either...

Hello Everyone,
On the new P3 and the v2.5 you do not need to do a ISO Flush as it is not recommended. Just a qtip and a little isopropyl will do the trick to clean the contact. Other than that clean the threads normally when needed.
