There's two types of Velcro i work with , one is the most known and what most think of when they hear the word Velcro and it's it's pretty good. The other type is a lot stiffer and is much stronger, once you close it , it won't budge at all , it just takes more force to remove it . Can't recall the name though dang it.

Industrial style Velcro. We used it on ships to stick our test equipment down to the table. If you use some of that only use a small piece. Once stuck that stuff doesn't like to let go at all.

I know industrial Velcro well and use it often but thats not the type i am referring to , wish i could remember the name .

Think it's made by 3M and it's has strength that tops even industrial soft Velcro , i know Radio Shack used to sell it and i think Walmart just started carrying it but its in a different section than the regular /industrial Velcro at Walmart .

Walmart keeps the main Velcro in the fabric/ sewing section , this stuff is located with the tapes, glues and caulk . I think it's too thick to be used for latching the door shut but it would hold with zero movement for sure.

And the troubles begin. I've had my IPV2 since 10/18 and it has been flawless until this weekend. Now it jumps resistance with every atty I put on it. I can remove the atty and put it back on and that usually does the trick for a bit and then it starts going nuts again. Guess it is going to Asmodus. Hopefully that won't be too painful. Looks like they now require you to pre-pay the "administrative" warranty fee. Kind of crappy but I guess I'd rather pay the piper than write off this device. Good thing my Sig 100 and Hana clone are still going strong.

Is your iPV2 the one with the floating 510 connector?
