The proposal to tax vapor products refuses to die and the threat is even bigger now. Lawmakers are struggling to finalize the 2016 budget and a tax on vaping is squarely in their sights.

PA - The vapor tax is back and even more threatening.

Even though it's Friday, it is vital that PA Advocates take action NOW by sending a message to lawmakers insisting that they reject any tax on vapor products. Budget negotiations are likely to continue through the weekend.

It is critically important that more PA vapers and vape shops contact their
Senator and Representative urging opposition to a tax on vapor products.
PA General Assembly

Although the Senate GOP, House GOP and Gov. Wolf still differ on some budget issues,
all three now support increasing cigarette taxes (although they may differ on the
amount of the tax increase).

The tax situation regarding vapor products, smokeless tobacco, cigars vapor products
remains undecided.
