Packaging Mistakes

I had ordered several battery 5pks. I opened to make sure they were the right color, but never checked the end to make sure they were the right model (my mistake) and of course the packaging doesn't have any model info on it. Well, I opened the package as I needed new batteries for rotation and guess what? All three packages were wrong. I contacted TW, but was told there was nothing they could do as their return/exchange policy is 28 days... even if it was their mistake. So check all your packaging as mine were from two separate orders... not just a one time mistake.

Can you please contact me directly regarding your issue with the multipack batteries? Although we do have a 28 day warranty for faulty items it sounds like you are describing receiving an incorrect item. If this is the case and they are not for the model that you have then I am taking a guess that they have not been used and fall under our 'do not conform to contract' policy. In which case you are entitled to an exchange or full refund.
