Pages not found on the site

getting this whenever i try to access any pages on the site, URL varies, but all are coming up the same

[h=1]Not Found[/h] The requested URL /diy-supplies-c-43 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thank you for letting me know. The site had issue for 2 hours or so but its all back to normal now.
