So, how close is this place to Ms. Newby's? Like a few blocks? I will totally check it out! Mostly because I will have to visit Ms. Newby's again for Halloween.

I made it out to Smokin' Vapor today. I met the owner, Lori. She's real nice and seems very knowledgeable and passionate about her products. And she does have everything for newbies and vets. I also picked up a flyer that listed e-cig friendly restaurants and bars in Panama City/Beach.
