will these work in a sigelei zmax? also will they work in a KTS mech?

They'll work in Zmax but I'd stay stateside on battery and battery charger for safety. Not that much difference in price to risk IMO.

First off buy the best charger you can afford... I love hobby chargers like the iCharger or Accucel

The Panasonics are great, I have 10 of them and no problems but not my first pick for a mech mod... I use them as a cheaper alternate to the AW IMRs for my regulated PV. Most of my 18500s and 18350 cells are all AW cells since I cant find decent alternate brands.

The Sony 30A high drains 18650s are even better if you want to use them in a mech mod... excellent battery.
