Panasonic CGR18650CH and Kick?

Hiya everyone!

I have been thinking about buying a Kick and have a quick question about what batteries to use with it. I currently have a few Panasonic CGR18650CH, I have read on the kick website that the kick is to be used ONLY with IMR batteries. Some websites tell me the Panasonic CGR18650CH is a IMR and others tell me it is not.

Is it safe to use the Panasonic CGR18650CH with a Kick? Is it recommended?

that is the 2250 hybrid i believe?, and is classified as an imr class high drain battery with a 10 amp sustained discharge and an 18 amp peak. and should work fine with a kick, i like these batts.

being a hybrid battery some choose not to call it an IMR.
