Panasonic NCR18650PF

Does anyone know if Panasonic NCR18650PF is safe for use with mech mods? From my research, it is a hybrid IMR battery but any confirmation is appreciated!

Bad's blog says it's at 10amp battery. Don't go too low into sub ohming.
