Too many of the industry's players currently produce fruit flavors are too candy-like (think Jolly Ranchers), wish there was a greater focus on capturing the flavor of fresh fruit.

Out of peach juice. I like DanFromRioRancho's thoughts about the candy-like flavors. I don't want peach rings! I want true to life REAL peach!

I'll second the banana, although I've been really loving the fruit (but not candy) flavors. (Think grape juice vs grape candy..)

And dessert flavors. peanut butter and chocolate..

Grapefruit is a flavor I've liked... it was mixed with other citrus, but I liked it on its own. Very refreshing.

Not so long ago in my home bar tending days I came up with a nice shooter that I called the Lava Lamp (because the way the Grenadine played in the layered alcohols)... the flavor was awesome. Substituting for Vodka (and drinking ) I'd go with:

1/3 Melon (Honeydew)
1/3 Orange
1/9 White Grape
1/9 Lime
1/9 Pomegranate

Although I prefer fruit flavored juices tohave a natural (not sugary) sweetness, fruit in a dessert or treat is a slightly different deal.

I would like to see someone make a good peach ice cream flavor juice.
