These are just MY personal preferences.
Round buttons. Raised and centered 510 (symmetry), I just can't stand atty swirls. But if I could sink a 30mm 510 connector I would. As for sleds, etc. I'd use a Mosmax 21700 sled (I think David's on ebay now) with keystone connectors. Good luck.

Good info. I plan on round buttons with exception of menu button, undecided and may just emboss 1 button. 510 is centered and will fit 27mm atty flush to 3 sides, larger will overhang. It will have to have a custom sled(less) design, which is 90% worked out. If I mount the atty flush, actually I'll have it 1mm higher as no reason to swirl a nice paint job ; ) This impacts size and arguably the robustness.
