I used to be that way until a very happy and I mean she is happy all the time friend said to me "take a deep breath know that no matter what you cannot change what the outcome will be and there is no reason to stress over what you cannot change now let it all out with that breath." I have been doing that and it really helps. She is right if we cannot change the outcome then why stress over it.
