We went tp WalMart at 10pm and it was crazy. A couple of our paramedic friends were there when we went back after midnight and they said two women actually got into a physical fight over one of the 32 inch tv's. They also said that a woman grabbed a young boy (about 12) by the shirt jerked him back grabbed his prepaid iphone out of his hand and took off running with it :(. Some people make me so sick!

I may not be around much today I have to play nurse to Mary she has a migraine that is so bad it's causing her major nuasea. She has had it since yesterday but it's gotten worse today and not even her strongest pain med is touching it so I have her in a dark room with a cold rag on her head and am peeking in on her about every ten minutes or so.

Hope everyone had a awesome Thanksgiving and got to spend quality time with their friends and loved ones.

Hiya, Mr. Bill! For Mary, have you ever tried peppermint oil? Its just a little comfort thing, but it makes a HUGE difference in my pain levels with headaches (even occasional migraine) and really is a great thing to have. Also killer for when you get frazzled and overwhelmed. Calms ya right down. The stuff I have is called... 'aromaappeal' Peppermint - Refreshing 100% Pure Essential Oil. You just dab a tiny bit on your temples and pressure points in neck and head. I usually sniff it a bunch as well. That's just a 10ml bottle of pep oil, but I've also seen it sold with a rollerball at the top that you roll on. I get it at health food stores, but probably avail at walgreens type places. Hope she feels better! I live with a severe chronic pain condition, so hate to hear of someone else suffering. I've got a slew of homeo pain relief stuff, if she'd ever like some recommendations. Crossing fingers that this passes quickly!

Oh, another thing is Dr. Bronners Magic Peppermint Soap. A soak in that in a dark room...EVERYTHING is better. ;) Peppermint scent is great for nausea, too.

Thank you for the advice. We actually have some peppermint oil here from where we were sent an oil instead of water soluble that we ordered. Not sure if it's the right thing or not but it's worth a try.

She was told she would have headaches for 6 months to a year after the brain aneurysm and the good news is they are getting further between and she only has 5 more months before the year mark is up.
