You can't budge her but you can BRIBE her....tell her if she goes ill come give a weeks worth of foot massages
Thank you for the advice. We actually have some peppermint oil here from where we were sent an oil instead of water soluble that we ordered. Not sure if it's the right thing or not but it's worth a try.
She was told she would have headaches for 6 months to a year after the brain aneurysm and the good news is they are getting further between and she only has 5 more months before the year mark is up.

I'm sure that would work. The ingredients on mine just say 'Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil', so as long as yours is straight peppermint oil, that would be perfect. Next time you grab stuff from amazon (or big drugstore) definitely pick up some of the Dr. Bronners Magic Peppermint Castile Soap. It works for everything..shampoo, body, cleaning house, etc. Its FABULOUS with just a little bit on hands rubbed into scalp and neck like a really good 'hair wash' on head. Amazing massage, totally relaxing, and you can do that for her and she doesn't need to run and wash it out (doesn't get itchy like reg soap because its not), she can just bliss out with it. My pain levels daily are up around a 7... that horrid nausea pukey trembling kind of pain? And a massage with that soap makes a big difference, so I'm pretty confident it would help her at least a little. If she's like me, she's probably willing to try anything at this point.Good luck! tell her a total stranger is rooting for her to feel better!

It worked like magic! She said she still has a dull headache but nothing she can't handle. Thank you so much!
Oh wow! That's fabulous news! Well if she reacts so well to peppermint, she'll go nutso for that soap. You can get it in HUGE bottles, too. Fun xmas present.I'm so glad that helped! Maybe she can enjoy the holiday, now. Have a great one!
