I use Tenergy brand 3.0 volt batteries -- stack 2 of 'em and run 6 volts that way. I use them in both my Shines, and also in my hubby's Diamond. I get mine from Amazon; last purchase I got, I also got the charger WITH the batteries. Here's the link to the same listing I bought, just in case you're interested.

Good morning everyone! Hey, I tried to use a couple of DC Smokteck 2.5 carto's on my Diamond last night, nothing happened. Is there a reason they won't fire?? They work on my Riva batts, not that great but they do fire.

Me likey...just need the right cookies to go in that. Maybe i'll look for some darlek cookie cutters and put little silver balls on it haha. And thank ye for searching, eventually you would want your own tardis box mod too haha
Oh yeah, I will! I found that sonic screwdriver toy, too! lol And a bright yellow metal Dalek, suitable for modding. That would be too funny. I'm coming up with some interesting ideas for yours. Moving at speed of snail since i seem to have picked up nasty flu bug, but definitely on it.
Do have a question for you, though. Does your boxmod have a largish button on upper left of the front? I'm assuming yours has the same general look as mine...Here's a pic of mine again...
No biggie, but trying to get the right orientation of image so you don't have to lose any important graphic.
And so excited to hear the Red Velvet Cheesecake is good! I have that on its way to me, along with the original twinkie and some testers I'm excited about.
