He wasn't using it for ecig stuff? But...he was. And nothing in WP TOS says anything against tobacco products much less ecig products, so I don't get it (lots of restrictions there, but not these).
No I ment he had wepay set up a long while ago, but didn't use it since he had CC processing. When aTHAT was dropped I coached him into using wepay since he already had it set up.

got my prize from the contest yesterday, wanted to give a big thank you to Bill and Mary and Twinkie too.
Was on the site for the first time looking for a small tank. Found the Chibi tanks and ordered two of them. On a whim I ordered a 10m bottle of Kalua & Cream, 12mg, 70VG/30PG.
My last several 'give it a try' juices from sites I hadn't ordered from before have been disasters so when my order arrived (quickly I might add) I played with the tanks. The next day I saw/remembered... oh yea, a bottle of juice. Gave it a good shake and a smell. Hmmm, no perfume, good. Dripped it into a 2.2 ohm atty at 4.5v. Wow, this is good. I've since ordered a 30ml bottle as I've been dripping this stuff about 50% of the time since I got it.
It's now qualified itself for a tank! Hoping the flavor holds up to a carto/tank and sure hope my 10ml doesn't run out before my 30ml arrives ;-)
Of course with this success I had to try a few other flavors... on their way.
Also many thanks to Mary for help after I tried my best to ruin a Chibi tank.
