My friend Debbie had a car accident years ago. She tore her acl in the wreck. She keeps re injuring it and the doctor told her if she really tore it up good he would sign her to a nursing home for 3 months bed rest if he had to. Skeered her to death !! she has a boot splint thing she has to wear.
