the therapist at the hospital usually goes thru the exercises with you so they can verify you are able and doing them correctly, is why they are posta sign off on them. The offical sign off papers should be in your chart at the hospital. Did they not show you any of them while you were there ? If not, check with the doctor by phone tomorrow and see if or when you should start them. If you have ANY questions on how to perform the exercises correctly, tell him you need to see the therapist for at least one visit so they can go over it with you. This is important Maxi, don't just blow it off please.

No, she didn't have me do any of them or go over them for me to do later, she just had me use the walker and had me maneuver over an obstacle then said I was good to go home.
Them exercises are for recovery B4 I get out of bed and start using a walker, guess she thought I was beyond them.

Okay then. if there was nothing stated for post surgery therapy then you are okay. You had me worried dere fer a mimutes  Her sign off I'm sure is in your chart at the hospital, they just gave you that sheet. I wouldn't worry about that part. Her job was to make sure you could 'safely' be mobile at that point. Don't stress about it then
