The one ( A-mod ZNA ) I'm getting is about 3 1/2" tall in it's native 18490 mode... that one looks to be very close to that also. That was one of the specs I liked about it. If I use the 18650 tube... that would make it about 4" or so.

Knowledge is power. I understand know why I have been feeling "under the weather" for so long. I went full swing into getting back to my diet tonight and will go shopping tomorrow for more of it. Went for a big plate of eggs and bacon with a slice of toast. I am a protein eater and had gone to rice and pasta, not my thing. Yes feeling better with the knowledge and will continue to get better
