Thanks all, well AG it is going okay. Talked to my lawyer by phone while out of town, too much, so tomorrow I go in person. Even though she took me so bad my lawyers advice at this time is to let the house go, even though I could keep it. I would have to get her name off of the deed and that would require me to refinance the house and have it appraised again costing me big money that I do not have. So a different game will begin.
