Thanks.... and it looks as if it will be...

Because of the added research I did last night... I've got the problem computer's issue resolved quickly this morning. Now to get all of the gajillion updates MS has released since Win7 first came out... once those are there... I can then copy their data that I had been able to recover from their failed hard drive.

So... all is right with my world again
