I did that already but I'm not sure what it reads? I'll put the probes in an outlet and see if it's the same.

We actually had an emergency call at a University that is just like this pic. A fire sprinkler head froze and broke, flooding all three floors, three inches of water on every level. The water was coming out of the plugs, light fixtures, AC units, walls...... not good.
