2 Dr Appointments today, then shopping then a very long nap. And I am still beat.

How is Aggie doing? A long time ago, while I was still working and standing all day, I had Heel Spurs, plantar fasciitis. I tried steroid shots and lots of different pain pills, but the thing that helped me most was a podiatrist made a cast of my foot and made orthotic inserts for my shoes.
It took a while but it helped greatly. I wore them for years until I retired. I hope she finds something to help her. My thoughts are with you girlfriend.

I was thinking about telling her to try gel inserts but not sure they would help,my work boots came with them they are nice
I wear Birkenstocks most of the time now. Love them.
Happy man tonight! Been stuck in a kind of musical limbo for a month and a half. Everything I played or wrote just ended up sounding to me like, well, crap, to be blunt. Had a thing in my mind for a sort of blues/soul type thing, but it just wasn't happening. Plugged in tonight and it came to me right away, and I'm liking it. Funny how that happens. Anyway, just the germ of an idea, but I got something I want to work with. I feel better.

Good morning! Still trying to get stuff done so I can move at the end of the year. Lost an old friend, her husband found her slumped over the kitchen table. You never know when it is your time. I feel like I can't move fast enough to get everything done and get the heck out of dodge. The girl is way to far away.
