My frog spy cams say that Yimmie must have got going early today... already got notice she's working on my order
So the radar for today starts something like this...
Looks like a lots of folks have chances of t-storms today...

Ok... those are the clones ( wow that was fast ) .... I ordered a Black one which is backordered already and a silver version that they aren't sure if they have enough stock to fill their existing orders on... but I ordered them and some clone notch coils also... as well as a 5 pack of glass/stainless drip tips

Yesterday, a semi-trailer hit a bridge overpass on May Ave and NW Highway.... the driver wasn't hurt ( other than his pride I'd guess )...
It didn't take the photoshopper's from taking advantage of the pic of the damage and "enhancing" it a little
I'm guessing the stormtroopers are too happy about having to work this one...

Just for reference... here is the original shot....
With the initial inspection, they don't believe the rest of the overpass, other than the collapsed portion, was damaged by the accident. After they removed the damage, they will do a closer inspection to be certain. At that point, they plan to divert the north bound traffic on May onto the other side ( it's two lanes ) as a temporary measure until they can finish the repairs. They are hoping to have everything open to traffic again sometime today if possible.
As busy as May Ave is in that part of town... I'd bet it still be faster to divert to one of the other main roads instead of waiting on the traffic funneled down to one lane each way in that area.
PPS.... There is a great Italian grocery just north of this location on the east side of the street... just in case you need any of that type of cuisine and are in the neighborhood

I bet it was a real jolt ... He'd already gone the other direction under the overpass previous to this... but the other direction had another 4"s more clearance than this direction does... or did

Yeah there are signs... but they are posted on the side of the bridges/overpasses themselves, which in my opinion ( and we know what opinions are worth ) is not a good practice... they should be posted well before that point giving the driver more time to react... not that it would have helped in this case, I suspect the driver didn't even look since they cleared it going in the other direction.
