Part Needed For Plume Veil-Can You Help?

I need new Delrin (or preferably PEEK) insulator for a Plume Veil clone. Anybody know where I can find one? They're not on ebay. Thanks!

If you like the airflow open all the way get a chuff cap and replace the whole top section. Easier to drip too.
