Passthrough Batteries

Hi
I have a passthrough which I also purchased when I bought my ego. It's has a blue battery. It has no info on it. It doesn't tell the stregth on it--nothing!
So, can someone tell me if this has a decent life span? Is it a different type of battery. I can't understand why the battery has no info on it. It reminds me of those double batteries that people used to buy for their cordless phones years ago. Also had no info on them.

It is most likely a 3.7V 10440 320mah. About the size of a AAA
