Well I got paid today and decided to make a few purchases. I ordered another 60ml of juice from epuff, this time with 20 ml of it 0 nic so I can mix it all together and put myself around 10mg/ml. all 60ml is going to be ry4, I just cant get enough of that stuff, it's friggin delicous! I also put in an order with Jack for another 5 pack of ce2's, a 5 pack of the boge cartos (mostly because of rachel's post) and a derlin shorty drip tip to hopefully cut back on the juice condensation inside the ce2's and to make the boge cartos fit better with my ego cone on. And the mailman stalking begins, I wonder what he's doing right now? Watching tv likely :p

Well I got one of my orders, Vincent at epuff is lightning fast with his shipping, literally like 44 hours from order to pickup, and if I had of been at home I would have got it this morning... He also threw in one of his cartos which is a really nice touch. I really enjoy it when you feel like you actually know the person on the other end of the transaction. Like, he could've thrown anything in but he remembered that I had asked him what brand his cartos were and that I was planning on trying them in the future. So rather than me buying a 5 pack and wasting money if I don't like them, he sent me one to try. Thumbs up Vincent!

Vincent has always treated me very well also he always throws a little something extra in my orders.IMO he has the best cartos I have found anywhere. They will stand up to my high voltage vaping and taste awesome.Glad to hear he is treating you well also. Will be curious to hear your report on the carto he sent you.

Cartomizers should never have any primer in them, regardless of make Tim. Which is good!

The key to enjoying them is to keep them wet. After filling them, I usually poke my blunt-tip syringe through the hole in the centre & wipe the extruding tip clean, then wipe the syringe tip length clean & repeat once more...to ensure that no juice will leak from the connector end. Once done, you have a wet carto ready to go.

All the best with the epuff one & the Boges!

Well I tried out that carto Vincent sent me and I gotta say, I don't think I'll be ordering any more CE2s... WAY more consistent vape, and no worries about it spilling cause all the juice is suspended in filler. I don't know exactly how much they are supposed to hold but I figured on 1ml and tried the condom method but I couldnt fit a whole ml inside the condom so I probobly have about .8 ml in it. I thought things were good with the CE2s but I'm getting the same TH and vapor using this and I don't have to flip it upside down first. I dont think one carto will last me all day but I can easily carry a second full one in my pocket with the condoms on. And to top it all off I'm down to 12.8mg/ml nic content and I'm not noticing any difference. Only problem is now I have about 25ml left of export eh 24mg juice, and like 40 ml of 16mg juice in; peach, cherry, hazelnut, menthol, and chocolate that I doubt I'm gonna touch from now on. I'm still really keen on working my way down to 0 nic, I guess I'll gift them to someone eventually.

Awesome, Tim!

Yes, a typical 510 cartomizer will hold about 1mL of juice, though I almost never measure it specifically any more. I just fill it until it's wet - until I get a small drip out through the connector end (which tells me that this baby can hold no more!). Then I do the wipe & clean thing that I mentioned above in post #11 of this thread...and you're right, no worries about leaks or spills or any of that nonsense.

But yeah...you said it. "WAY more consistent vape!" Yes!

As to filling...I'm not a fan of the 'condom' method. If you have some blunt-tip syringes from Jack (which you really should, they're only $1.99 for a 4 pack)...they are an excellent tool for carto filling. You just pop the white end cap off (the blunt syringe tip makes that easy too)...aim directly at the filler, and start filling. But don't just inject the whole 1mL all at once; put some in, watch it soak in...then do some more. It also helps a lot if in between adding the juice you take a few seconds to hold the cartomizer on an angle, connector end pointing downward, & slowly turn it between your fingertips...letting the juice roll down through the filler to really soak in all the way, on all sides.

Happy vaping!!

Well generally 4 or 5 times is indicated, yes Tim. At that point, it's time to clean them out. To do that, just remove the white end cap, run hot tap water through the carto, blow it out, and plunk it into a pot of cold water. Set it to boil. When it reaches boiling, keep it boiling for about 15 minutes. Then rinse once more & blow out the water. Set the cartomizers standing on a dry paper towel (without the end cap, connector end up) & leave them there to dry overnight. By the next day, they'll be good to go again.

You see, there's always some residual juice left in the cartomizer still when it's time to refill - still some juice in there technically, but dry enough that you need to refill, you see? And after 4 or 5 times...what's left in there will get kind of gunky & not as tasty...and it'll accept less fresh juice too. So every now and then you need to boil them out as described above. Just make sure you don't boil the white end caps...that would ruin the caps.

Fresh cartomizers are always best, but a boiled out one will still serve you well. Hope that helps!

Glad your liking the cartos.I really love Vincents.I get about 50 drops in them 30 then wait till it absorbs some like 5 to 10 mins then fill again with another 20 using the condom method.I find I can fill them at least 10 times.I do not usually clean them like rachel but you could. You can always pick up some 0nic of the flavors you have a to high of a content of that is what I did.I am now down to 0nic after 8mths.
