Hey Johnny. You need to use a credit card when purchasing from the States. U.K, Europe and China you can use paypal if the retailer has an option for it. I see from other posts that you are using a Leo. I recently bought some Leo cartomizers from vapingzone.com. Shipping was $15 and it took exactly 2 weeks to get here. I bought 3 5-packs and each carto ended up costing R30 including the shipping, customs and tax which is half of what they cost here. (Besides the fact that you can't get the dual coil or 2.4ohm (lower resistance) Leo cartos in S.A.) They last about a week to two and are definately worth R30 a pop.

Hi Johnny,
I agree with Fabsta, it is really cheaper (but takes longer) to aquire you needs from overseas, after all, that is what our suppliers here do. 1st open a paypal account (free) and always but always make sure your exspected parcel is not marked with a store lable, in other words drop shipping - request it. No. 3 Chinese Shops have the cheapest shipping, unless you are going for a custom specialized juice, that is where you need to start. I have alot of happiness with HC and recommend them.Go ahead, get your feet wet and let us know,
Nova

Thanks guys. I cut up my credit card years ago. It got me in the poo.
My other option is PayPal. I heard that FN Bank is the only bank that offers this in SA. Is this so?

You don't have to bank with FNB to register with paypal. I think you can link any bank account with them. It doesn't have to be linked to a credit card either. Just go to paypal.com and I think it will auto direct you to the S.A page. You give your bank details to pp and when you pay using your email address they will debit the money from your account.

p.s None of the U.S vendors accept paypal but you will be able to purchase from the U.k, China and Europe.
