This really is not new news. We have all known about Paypal's stance for some time.
It is their policy and we have no control of how they want to run their company. They are not concerned about the loss of business due to that specific policy.
They have asked us as consumers and business people to "Move On Along", and most have moved on and found new ways of money transfer.
Sorry for your inconvenience, though Paypal could care less.

This has been PayPal's policy for almost 1 year now. This is why you dont see ecigs being sold by merchants unless they are located in another country such as China where US law does not prevail. Yes, Paypal sucks but it is their company..

You will need to get a merchant account and not all of them allow ecigs either.

Best to check with several suppliers to see who they use would be the wise thing to do.

Alertpay and Google both do not allow ecig sales.

So best bet is your own merchant account if you want to stay in busiess.

Yep, and they will ban you forever if someone comments if you sell e-liquid/e-cig materals with a personal account. No forgiveness....

Also this is just in the US, and if you are outside of the US you can use paypal all you want. So if you have your company bank account based in the UK...Then you can charge your US base companies with paypal.... A little un-fair, but it's legal to do under their guidelines.

This is why I don't use paypal. I cannot trust the product actually processing or arriving. A few vendors on this forum state pay by paypal. I would love to. However, I refuse due to the potential hassle. I would really order from them. I have asked if they would accept CC's. Hell I would even mail them a money order to try out the liquid.

I'm with you there. I actually hate the whole internet sales, instant gratification, banks making a percentage off each sale, fad that exists right now. I would prefer catalog (type) sales. Fill out the form, print form and send along with check or money order, receive product. It seems more personal to me. Of course, I grew up in that generation, so it is more familiar to me.

Also, "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark . . . ."

So does this mean that amazon will not ban you for selling e cigs or liquid? I would like to know the name of the payment website that allows gun sales because I can not imagine them giving e cig users a hard time. Anybody?

I'm pretty sure we cannot use Amazon anymore right? If so wouldn't everyone be doing it? I may be wrong but I did search and didn't find anything except The Chucks builder Jeff used to use them.

Is Amazon out?

Have I missed something, or is this only in regards to paypal in the US? Reason I ask is, I live in the Philippines and over the past month, I've ordered about $600 worth of ecig products online, and all were paid for via paypal... 2 orders from totally wicked, 3 from healthcabin, and a few from a local buy and sell type site.

There is nothing that anyone can do to make PP accept payments for Ecig related items. This is their stance for some time now.
Of course if your company is not US based you won't have a problem using PP...

We need help everyone we cannot just lay down and let them walk over us.
