So Paypal is still letting eBay continue to sell attys and cartos but not Rob? Or does anyone know for sure. If that's true, I wonder how would PP explain their hypocrisy?

Regardless of being hypocritical , there is restraint of trade violations here. They can not tell you what to sell or not to sell or how to do business. If it's true that they are not unilaterally enforcing this stance then that's even worse. They are giving you ground for a legal complaint. All they can do is refuse to do business with ecig companies and that has to include everyone , even eBay sellers or it is an illegal policy.

Rob, document any losses/expenses this costs you and spread the word to other vendors to do the same. Pp can be held liable for those losses and the more vendors involved the better the case will be when/ if it has to go to a lawsuit level.

Im thinking this thread has steered a little off course from why it was started which was just to notify us that due to Paypal policies Rob will be using another merchant purchasing service and he didn't mean to have it turn into a discussion of the unfair and hypocritical practices of PayPal to which I too have contributed. Not that it's not a valid discussion to have but better posted in a separate thread. These kind of actions get us all fired up I know because it does me but the point is REOs and everything associated with it will continue to be sold by Rob and we will still be able to purchase them.

Does this mean the rebuild kit and springs I ordered yesterday will not be coming? The transaction went through!

Paypal just canceled my order. The email said the reason was label would not print. An earlier email said Reo received payment.
I know Rob said all orders would be filled but it is still troubling.( Paypal sucks!)

I'm sure paypal will probably withdraw my payment so Rob probably will not be able to sent my order Rob and I are stuck in the middle.
Years ago when Paypal made that policy e-cig hadn't had it's day in court. Now thing have changed, but Paypal stays the same.

The only problem I see is that now when I sell stuff to fund a new Reo I will have to transfer funds out of PayPal. It was kind of nice to have the wife only see a small transfer to PayPal for my Reo purchases.
I will keep PayPal it just wont be working on the site we still have room for you to be greasy with your paypal account

Oh I feel for him too. That's why I made sure there were separate bank accounts for the second marriage ;)

I asked permission for far too long. Now we have a mine and an ours banks accounts. So she asks for money these days. To set the example I almost never say no.

I feel for the guy too.

I have a vape history calculator app for my iPhone - it lets you add in all your purchases, calculates the money saved from not smoking (a la a lot of our sigs in here), and gives you the over/under.

Since the wife and I share a single iTunes account, the apps I have are on her phone as well, so she sees the history and numbers (they're backed up on the cloud). Because I am still money ahead for my vaping career, there is no tension at all.

Happy (sad?) to say that at the rate I used to smoke (and where I live), a new reo grand would be paid for every 3 weeks, so I'm not likely to ever not have those numbers work in my favour.
