Recently received this e-mail from Liberty Flights USA
Dear our most valued customers,
I have to inform you that there may be a slight delay in your merchandise if you ordered on the 18th or so. What has happened is, believe it or not - Paypal - The preferred payment and shipping system by e-cig suppliers decided that they no longer would support any USA e-cig companies. AS a result, they have done a full sweep and I would say 60 percent of the e-cig companies have been hit by this. Not only did they not give us warning, but they froze our account! Luckily through due diligence and negotiation we were able to get it unfrozen so we could send out orders. However, we lost about 36 hours there when no shipments went out! We had been preparing for this because we heard about this happening on all the e-cig forums, but we didn't expect it so quick. The good news is everything is fine now and we also have redundant secondary measures in place in case something like this happens again. On behalf of the entire Liberty-Flights team I was to apologize for the delay you may encounter.Have no fear though, your shipment is coming!
We have made a 'note' of which customers this probably happened to and I want to assure you we plan on pampering you in the future for this event.
