Wow. After 7 full minutes, he actually starts to talk about the REO. 10 seconds later, I gave up.

It was a really good review. Although most of us probably would prefer a much shorter video, it's important to recognize that we are not his intended audience. He dissects each product,
as he received it, and describes every little thing that he thinks might be relevant to (the uninitiated) prospective consumer, whether it bothers him personally or not.
In this case, Busardo probably should have spent more time on the manufacturer's (Reosmods) website, but in his defense I'll make two observations:
1.) Busardo received his Reo from a third party (MountainOakVapors.com), and so it was valid for him to evaluate the product he received in isolation, because clearly it's getting sold that way,
2.) The Reo website is usable, but it isn't exactly super informative.
My suspicion is that Phil's review would have gone from highly positive to flat-out worshipful if he'd got his hands on a VV Grand, but the VV Grand is no longer available (or so I understand; I can still dig up a VV product page on the Reo website, but I see no option to buy one). By the same token, the upgrade kit that Phil laboriously installed in his video now comes standard on the Reos bought at the main site, but it's not obvious from reading the Reo site that the "repair kit" is synonymous with the sub-ohm upgrade. Since Busardo's Reo is an older model, he had to install the accompanying kit, and he had to do it on camera to show people how easy or hard it is to do so. (And to test for an improvement in voltage-drop performance.)
It's also worth noting that Busardo didn't exactly complain about rattle in the video. He pointed out that the
bottle can rattle inside the device if the bottle isn't seated correctly, which is more of a helpful tip than a criticism of the device. He noted later (in the 'thumbs' down' segment) that the door isn't super secure, but there he basically admitted he was nitpicking. ("Let's talk about thumbs down ... I don't really have a whole lot to say!")
His two other complaints (if you can call them that) concerned the button and the fit of atomizers -- and both of those can obviously be addressed by options at the Reo store (button covers, LP mods). Phil has issued a correction on that last point on his website:
