pcb charge/discharge protection

has anyone tryed a box mod with a pcb protection?

thay are cheap from 2 to 20$.

I am starting a box mod project I will post when im done.

Almost all of the recent box and flashlight mods posted recently use pcb protected batteries.

Here's MoonMan's latest....and Nicowolf's also,where he addresses the safety issue of using unprotected batteries.

they are from 15 + $

plan is to order one and a 7.Xv pack and go from 7.X to 3.X if needed.

ustechmods, I think the first question is what are you trying to do? Your initial question dealt with battery protection circuits. Now you've moved on to voltage regulation. Not really sure what your intent is with this box mod. Also, keep in mind that 6 volts is the threshold that atomizers have been able to operate at. So, going 7.X volts will most likely result in blown atomizers.
