So we've been having a bit of summer rain here in MD. On Monday, a storm knocked out power to at least 20k homes in my county. Luckily my pcc was fully charged and ready to go! I vaped in the dark while it took Pepco 15 hours to restore the power.

Then Thursday afternoon, same deal! Another storm yanked the plug on another 15k homes, including mine! This time, I hadn't charged my Pcc since wednesday morning. The power ended coming on Friday morning but my PCC hung in there and kept my batts charged the whole time!

Then this weekend, I ended up taking a trip with my family up to the mountains. I figured I was safe, different power grid, slightly different climate, about 100 miles from my home. Nope! Without warning, the power goes out in the vacation house from 1pm-to 11! The bad luck seemed to follow me all the way up the mountain. The whole time my pcc was there for me and I was able to pull out a fresh battery every time!

I am NOT a vendor, just a new vaper that is SO impressed with this little device. I know that if I hadn't gotten a PCC then all of my efforts thus far would had been for nothing. I HIGHLY recommend a PCC to all the new 510 and 901 users out there. If I hadn't had it, my efforts would have been for nothing. 10 days analog free and still going strong!

I just wish they made a portable charger for the Tornado Mega. I have to use the wall charger. :( I did have a bunch of 510 with a mega charger (charges 5 batts at once)) and still use it with my Tornado's batts. still a 510 connection. so thanks for the horrifying story. That is one reason I have 5 batts always charged. I would be SO lost without my PV. No smoking in 6 months now.
