Peach Cobbler Cartos vs CoolCart Peach Cobbler Cartos

I really prefer the CoolCart Peach Cobbler, and I would love to see Peach offered in a CoolCart. My problem is that when you push the button for the CoolCart Peach Cobbler Cartos, it comes up in the shopping cart as Peach Cobbler Cartos (not Cool Cart). I note in every order that I want CoolCarts, that that is the button I pushed and that is what I am ordering. Over several orders I have had many problems with this. I emailed once when an entire order of seven came wrong, and I got no response. Today, 3 out of 10 of the Peach Cobbler were not CoolCarts.

They should definitely have two buttons to push to solve this problem. I am really beginning to expect poor service from vapor4life.

Also, as someone else noted on another thread, the filled by section is always blank now.

Sorry to hear that. I've noticed the same thing. When it says "cool cart" on the product description, but not when it's in the cart, I've received the correct product. I've also noticed that some of the cartos no longer say "cool cart" or "wow", but when compared to what I have that's already labeled, they appear to be the correct carto that I wanted.

This held true for the order recieved yesterday. It was initaled and they wrote a note on it to say sorry that they were unable to fullfil my request in the notes for red LEDs on the batteries.

I wish the website would have just a single page for each individual flavor and use a dropdown which the customer could then use to choose whether he wanted the flavor in Wow carto, premium carto, 30 ml. juice, etc. It sure would make it easier for us to find what we need. It would probably be a major undertaking to make the changes, I suppose.

Well, they did it again. Ordered 7 packs of cool carts peach cobbler and received only 2 cool carts. This makes for a current. Total of 15 packs of cool cart peach cobbler that I have not received. Someone. Should open a better store if these guys can't get it right. Re-dissapointed!

You should use their ticket support system to send in a ticket about the problem because unless they read every comment her, complaining here isn't going to get it fixed.

Do they taste the same or no? I ordered coolcarts and it didn't say coolcart on the carto, but it tasted the same... I actually prefer Wow as a rule though. I would give them a call on Monday and speak to someone in person if you are dissatisfied.

I did use the new ticketing system but did not get a reply in time to use the recent family coupon I wanted to use.

It is frustrating because as the number of mistakes gets higher, the less likely I think they are to make it right.
