Well, I haven't tried too many flavors...
from Janty:
Vanilla, Chocolate, Shaggy tobacco, RY4
from JuicyLiquid:
Peanut Butter Cup, Blueberry, Orange.
and a couple others from Infi704's collection
But I have to say that I don't think I can imagine a better flavor than the Peanut Butter Cup from JuicyLiquid. Maybe I'm biased, I think Reese's PB Cup's are the best food/snack ever made, but I really like the taste. I don't know how they make it, maybe that's a good thing, but man what a great idea and good implementation.

I just got their banana nut as well, and it's very tasty too.
