Given the level of dysfunction in our Legislature, it--like almost all other proposed bills--probably won't make it out of the State House. Heck, our budget's six months late.
I’m ashamed of the vapers & sheeples of Pennsylvania.
When the government taxed distilled spirits in 1791, the people fought against taxation in the Whiskey Rebellion. George Washington his own self had to lead an army into Pennsylvania to squash the resistance.
It didn’t end well for the drunks, but at least they weren’t a bunch of (edited)

I just took the plunge and ordered 500ml (4 x 125 ml) of 100/ml from nude nicotine

That's a good start.
A start is something! Just do the math:
A half liter of 100 mg/ml base contains 50,000 mg of nicotine.
If you vape 10 ml a day of a 10 mg/ml e-liquid, you're vaping your way through 100 mg of nicotine in a day.
A half liter should last you well over a year, assuming a bit of waste in the mixing process. That's nothing to sneeze at!
Ain't over till it's over. We bikers had something to say once and now Pa is helmetless...

Me too. Have fallen a few times and that cranium bucket did its job when my head hit the pavement.
I have to dance a fine line here.. I get your point and agree with it to a certain point. But the same argument could be applied to a lot of other things.
Lets get rid of seat belts, 'cause you can't be thrown free if you're belted in. And airbags too, because those things will hurt you, you know..
Car seats for the kids? Nah, why should those be required?

So, yeah, I'm fine with states not having a helmet law. Let natural selection weed out the stupid ones.
