With this new fda thing heating up everyone is starting to get nervous and stockpile e-liquid. I would like it if people would post some instructions on how to make it if I can't order it anymore. That way I'd only have to worry about stocking up on atomizers and such.
I see a lot of tidbits here and there about different parts of the process and flavor ideas but I'm still not sure how to make homeade e-liquid from scratch. Like how do you get the nicotine level right etc..
Also, has anyone come to a consensus as to the best way to make tobacco flavor at home? I've read some "mad scientist" sounding procedures about extracting nicotine from tobacco but I don't really know what works.
