I just made a 3ml bottle of tiramasu with the perfumer's apprentice with 18% tiramasu and 2% sweetner.

Last time I ever do that.
I usually like all of my flavors really intense, but god, I can't seem to get the smell of the tiramasu out of my sinuses.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to dilute the tiramasu flavor or have a good recipe for it?
I have caramel, cinnamon roll, sweetner, waffle, and french vanilla.

I'm totally serious though. No matter how much french vanilla I vape, the smell won't leave my sinuses.

I'm not sure anything can be done - I love PA - some of the flavors are too weak for me and I find myself adding greater then 50% flavoring - but none were bad -

Until tiramasu - I bought it because they said it was strong - and being old and my taste buds shot - I need strong. But that odor drove me out of the house. That was really bad. I hope you did not buy a larger size - I got 15ml and I believe it is a total waste. I can not imagine a way to fix it.

:p I did the very same thing with Earl Grey from PA. The flavor was so strong I smelled it for hours!

Even after diluting it significantly, I can only vape the Earl Grey for about an hour before it gets to me. I think it was the flavor overload so I am hoping in time I will be able to vape it more often. It tastes exactly like the tea which by the way I can not drink after the incident.

It was ridiculous, but I will definitely dilute it down to 5% in the next batch.
I don't usually buy flavors in big bottles, the only flavor I will do that with is my french vanilla, but that's because I'm a vanilla fanatic.

@Jon: That's how it was in my living room. I had to take it out to the garage to try to get the smell out of the house...and that was from mixing a 3 ml bottle of it.

@Nikhil: Thanks for the tip, I'm going to try adding a couple of flavors to it to try and dumb down that intense bitter coffee flavor.

@Kemuri: You have no idea...

OK, so I just got back from visiting some family and decided to venture out on the balcony to check on the Tiramisu, and lo and behold it no longer a weapon of mass olfactory destruction. In fact, now it smells kinda like... Tiramisu!

So I just brewed up a 3ml tester and threw it in a fresh carto:

50 drops PG 24mg
50 drops VG 24mg
5 drops Genuine balcony-aged TPA Tiramisu, mellowed for a fortnight in the crisp Canadian autumn air.
1 drop Capella Vanilla Custard
2 drops TPA Sweet Cream
1 drop Ethyl Maltol
1 drop MTS Vape Wizard for purely psychological reasons, primarily fear

...and it's actually not half bad! Very strong espresso undertone, stronger than a lot of coffee/espresso juices I've tried. A bit of cocoa on the exhale. Been vaping it for the past half-hour without fainting so far.

I'm going to leave it overnight and give it another try in the morning. Its tamed quite a bit, but its still potent giving such a strong flavour at only 5%. Still, I think with some experimentation it could actually be decent -- perhaps even 3-4% would be better. Glad I used a cartomizer though -- one false move with this stuff and I can see how you'd have a hard time getting it out of an atty.

Rofl at the MTS comment.

I'll definitely try out that recipe once my flavor's come in from TPA. :)

OK, so after a day of mellowing its still a little on the strong side, so I added:

one more drop of vape wizard
one more ethyl maltol
two drops of vanilla custard
another 100 drops of PG/VG (bringing it to 6ml)

and its a lot more tame now at half the strength and with a little sweetness injection. Definitely very espresso-heavy, but it produces nice vapor, and is actually quite pleasant now.

Still, even at just 2.5% the flavour is quite distinct -- and thats with enough vape wizard to completely strip any semblance of taste from most 30ml bottles of juice. This has gotta be a contender for one of the most (if not the most) concentrated flavours out there.
