I'm new to the forum. Two months ago I met a woman in her 70s in the parking lot of my MD's office. I was smoking, she struck up a conversation w/me and shared her experience of quitting smoking. She showed me her device, gave me a thumbnail sketch of it's operation and told me where to buy one. I bought my own setup a few days later and have not touched a traditional cigarette since then, truly a seamless transition. The IOS Vape app tells me I've saved $350 so far. So I put together some hardware for my wife. There was no coercion on my part, she is truly motivated to quit. She found some juice that she liked and started around Christmas. So far it's been a tough go for her. She is chipping a couple of analogs a day. I've told her I don't think thats a keen idea. We were told that the strength of her juice should approximate her daily intake of nicotine yet she's a very unhappy camper. Since it's just the two of us here at home I'm on the receiving end of her frustrations. I am entertaining the idea of investing in a Kevlar vest. Somewhere I recall reading that there are other chemicals in cigarettes that are addictive. In short, I'm at a loss and would like to know what I can do to help my wife feel better. Like they say, "happy wife, happy life". Thanks.
